MaryLea Balsley has been a recognized authority in entrepreneurial training and economic development since 1991, when she also took on the role of Senior Business Consultant to the Silicon Valley Small Business Development Center (SBDC). MaryLea continues to consult for business clients of the SBDCs, and the California Energy Commission. The Corporation for Manufacturing Excellence (MANEX) was a client previously.
