INCUBATION

In 1994, MaryLea Balsley became the on-site, in-house Marketing Consultant located in the Software Business Cluster, an Internet/software incubator. Specialized areas of expertise include e-commerce, design and development of strategic business plans, revenue models, web sites, company infrastructure, channel development, sales presentations and pitches to funding agents.

More recently, she successfully launched the Women's Technology Cluster (incubator), as their Executive Director, an incubator of promising multi-media, Internet and software/hardware start-ups.

MaryLea has also served on the Advisory Board for the Environmental Business Cluster (incubator) for more than a decade.
